Paola Delli Santi

Paola Delli Santi, known artistically as Polymorphic Alchemist, is a painter and visual artist based in Como, Italy. Her artistic research explores transformation as both a creative and existential process, translating emotions, symbols, and inner visions into evocative, powerfully expressive chromatic imagery.

Each artwork emerges as a threshold—a space where light and shadow, silence and color, matter and intuition converge—giving rise to a polymorphic and ever-evolving visual language capable of adapting to the message it seeks to convey. From black canvases marked by striking contrasts to more delicate and poetic atmospheres, Polymorphic Alchemist’s work embraces both the introspective and the symbolic, reaching toward universal themes.

Born in Pavia, Italy, in 1978, Paola pursued an academic background in Computer Engineering, building a managerial and educational career that allowed her to integrate logic, discipline, and creativity. Alongside her professional path, she has always nurtured a deep passion for writing, poetry, and painting, transforming these practices into a means of introspection and visual storytelling.

Her artistic production is continually inspired by a deeply personal muse—a unique and enduring source of inspiration that nourishes her creative sensitivity and accompanies the ongoing evolution of her work.

Her work has been presented in group exhibitions, competitions, and art awards both in Italy and internationally, earning recognition for its ability to combine technical precision, symbolic imagination, and expressive power. For Paola, art is a transformative act: an invitation to look inward and, through color, discover the universality of human emotions.

L’arte è una soglia: ci invita a guardarci dentro e trasformare le emozioni in bellezza condivisa.
