Paola Delli Santi
Paola Delli Santi, born in Pavia, Italy, in 1978, carries with her a life story shaped by courage and resilience. Having lost both of her parents at a young age, she chose not to be defined by adversity, but to move forward with determination, building a life founded on education, personal growth, and transformation.
After earning a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pavia in 2008, Paola embarked on a multidisciplinary educational journey that combined strategic vision, management, and international relations. In 2017, she completed an Executive Master in Business Administration at the MIP Graduate School of Management of the Polytechnic University of Milan. The following year, she earned a Master’s degree in Marketing and International Business Relations from Guglielmo Marconi University in Rome.
In 2024, her academic and professional development expanded even further. She obtained the International Certification in Educational Coaching in Spain through Grupo Menta Formación, qualified as an Expert Consultant in Career Guidance and Orientation Processes, a certification recognized by ASNOR (Italian National Association of Career Guidance Professionals), and began pursuing a degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques at Guglielmo Marconi University, where she is currently continuing her studies.
Alongside her academic and professional career, Paola has cultivated her artistic research, finding in painting the most authentic language through which to transform emotions and symbols into visual narratives. Through her artistic identity, Polymorphic Alchemist, she unites intuition and reason, vulnerability and strength, creating works that explore the complexity of the human experience and its constant process of transformation.
Her journey—woven from engineering, psychology, coaching, and art—reflects a clear vision: every experience can be transformed, and even what wounds us can become light. Paola Delli Santi has turned her own story into a creative act, making transformation the highest expression of her artistic voice.
